Fall 2010 Registrations - the deadline to register is June 30, 2010 .

The deadline for Fall registration has been strictly enforced by the NYSA Board of Directors to avoid team placement issues and to ensure all players are allocated in a timely manner. Registrations received after June 30, 2010 will be subject to team availability and late fees.

Please note: Mighty Mites (U5) and at times Pee-Wees (U6 and U7) will accept late registrations with no late fee accessed as this level allows on-going registrations up to the 1st practice.

NYSA cannot guarantee a team slot for the Fall Soccer for those that register late. Any player that misses the registration deadline will be placed on a waiting list.

NYSA prefers the use of online registration. For alternate form of registration (mail in), please contact the registrar, Brian Conroy.

Note: All mail-in registrations must be received with a check or money order in the correct amount or the registration will not be processed.

Participation Consent Form
The required Park and Rec player participation consent will be given at the time of registration online going forward by clicking on "I agree" at the beginning of the registration process.  Please read this carefully before proceeding in the registration process.  Please contact us or click here if you need a paper form.

Financial Hardship - please contact the League President

Registration fee - Please note that a $10.00 per player field usage fee is being mandated by Parks and Recreation and has been added to the registration fee.  The fee is $10.00 per player/$25.00 family maximum 100% of all fees collected will go back into fixing and maintaining the fields for all sports.

Examples:

• Reseeding our Soccer Fields along with proper and safe grass maintenance

• Fixing and Maintaining our field fences • Adding bleachers for our parents

• Backstops for our baseball fields Parents who paid $50 in the Fall will now pay $60 on our online site per player.

In addition, any player who wishes to participate in any sports activity and/or sports camp or clinic, must submit a Participation Consent Form prior their first practice or session.
