Important Safety Report...

Coaches are required to register with Northbridge Youth Soccer. Please follow this link to register online. To register, follow the on screen instructions. you will be required to supply a credit card number for verification purposes only. there is no charge to register as a coach.

If you do not wish to register online, you can print out this form, fill it out and mail it to:

After completing the online registration, alll coaches must submit CORI requests. Please see this link at the MA Youth Soccer website.

All coaches and parents should read and and be aware of the Coaches' Code of Conduct.
